-> a dream that i feel like running away
had this dream where my family and all actually gang up with Kevin to help him!!!!i think it's because that last episode of channel 8 show on sun 1630 while i was doing my foot massage. e part i watched was Joanna Peh's family gang up with this guy to help him win her heart.my dream was a mixture of my current condition now and that show. it was like a part 2. i dont have any of that part one dream but this was how it continues...i was sick at home, and kevin came to visit. when i woke up, he showed mi some things. and wanted my ans. i was like huh what things? then i knew he wanted to give mi the last time he came when my parents helped him but didnt. i read the card and was actually touched. it was a card of his expressions to mi. he wrote every little things that i thot he had forgotten that even i had forgot too. the dates that we meet, my happiness and unhappiness and all. i was touched by the card. but i just really treat him as a fren now. i dont know how to reject him and just want to run away.... he kept asking mi for the ans and everyone around was like asking him how how, succeed???? i was like i'm sick now, let mi go see doc first then say.

-> 07.08.2010 - 09.08.2010 Batam trip with YI MIN & TING YIN & Izzatd
TING YIN picked mi up and drove to her house waiting for her dad to drive us to tanah merah ferry terminal. her house was huge. haha
YI MIN had e wrong time for boarding of ferry. we were all early. she dont know how to see 24h time.
waited and waited, finally board the ferry. trip was fast. on e way, could catch a glismp of fireworks for the yog.
reached, the time there was one hour slower than singapore time. and because of this, we had a few funny incidents occured.
we got nothing to do most of the time. walk here and there only. i kept saying hungry.... finally ate my dinner at batam time 2200. we ate, and went up to slp le, saying tmr wake up at 0700 and we are like 0700 which time.!??? as TING YIN and I changed $100 of rupiahs each, we dont know what to do with the monies as they accepts Sing dollars there. so we ask if we could pay in rupiahs and they converted for us. i tell u, paying them in rupiahs is a challenge for us.. there are just too many zeros to make up what is that note. there are 100000, 50000, 20000, 10000, 5000, 2000, 1000 notes. we were like counting how many zeros are there. the bill was 396000 TING YIN took out a 100000 note, and the waiter say not enough. it took us some time to figure it out and i took another 3 100000 notes out to pay. the meal was $60.
TING YIN and I one room, YI MIN in the other room. Izzatd was suppose to share with her but he will only come on the 2nd night so it was a 3 ladies holiday for half the trip.
the next morning, YI MIN knock on our door and wake us up. all of us were surprised. YI MIN was surprised we were still slping. TING YIN and I were surprised that we actually overslept when we set alarm in my phone! truth is, my phone auto changed to batam time without mi realising so TING YIN and I thought we were still early when she went toilet at my phone's 0711 so we went back to slp.
wash up and all, we went for our free breakfast and I ate all the diff variety haha. I had a very heavy breakfast. breakfast was good. went back changed, we were good to start our day but luck spoils it all. we could not snorkle, could not play jet skit, could not had 3h spa and almost could not play banana boat. tide too high for snorkling, jet skit spoil left one only, spa fully booked. banana boat has a leak so we set off with a fully inflated boat and back with a soft boat. sea was quite calm so our banana boat ride was quite stable. for the whole day's activities, we just say charge to the room. haha.
nothing to do next, 3 of us kayak lor. but we could not go far so we were like kayaking here and there with the premise only. our self entertainment was switching kayaks ourselves in the water.
went swimming. mostly we are just dipping in the pool only.
couldnt had spa, we just went for sauna. first time in there, it was really damn humid and limited air. all this sudden hot cold hot cold change, i think i became sick now because of the changes.
went back bath and changed, we gt nothing to do so we hired a cab out to the town and shopped. we hire for 4h and went 2 shopping malls as usual, charge to the room. managed to had foot massage afterall but we went one hour later cause when we reached, it was fully booked. it was damn oily haha. 80000 rupiahs. we didnt had any lunch for the day.
oh, the 3 of us bought the same hugo boss perfume. it was damn cheap.! 40000 rupiahs, it's like $6+ only..
went back, had kelong seafood as dinner. just like our luck we had, there are no more live or fresh fishes.. we just had crabs, baby kailan, green curry chicken and gong gong instead. Izzatd finally reached when we were finishing. went up, settled down a bit and we watched SALT. Bought that at the mall for 10000 rupiahs. it's like $1+ haha damn cheap. our plan was watched and discard since we cant bring back and it was cheap anyway.
SALT was boring. TING YIN watched till sleep while I kept trying to keep myself awake for the whole movie. Izzatd was like laughing at Indonesian's ability to do a subtitle as the subtitle totally do not make sense for the Eng part. movie's over, all went back to slp and the next morning's meet up time is 0800 Singapore time haha.
this time both TING YIN and I were puncture while YI MIN and Izzatd overslept. another free breakfast, this time i didnt eat as much as the day b4. i am really sick le. packed and all, we check out one room and the other ask for late checkout. we hired cab out again and went shopping. TING YIN and YI MIN and a fruitful trip. I bought nothing.
next, we are back.
