trainin ytd was physical aft meetin. 10min jog to warm up. pullups till our max, mine was 2 haa. pushups till e max, mine 16. situps fer 1min, mine was 47. 3 sets of 20s arms opening tension one ground. 3 sets of 10 each sides of parallel raisin. monkey bar exercise wher u go bar by bar doin pullups. 3 sets of leg raise wif pressure. 3 sets of 10 random leg 'wheel barrow'.
