-> misfortune dae

started my dae in a bad way. had a fall in e bathroom when i wanted to take a shower. i just take a step in and slip haa. landed on my bum n gt a scratch on e hand. damn ugly lor haiz gt scar liao.

then trainin. i gt blister again fer trainin. laugh at ting yin fer gettin one then aft climbin joyce's route, i gt one too. i will nv laugh at pp's blister again. hee

at night, i almost slip again in e bathroom. luckily nv fell coz e scratch n e blister is killin mi while bathin haa.

ok, shall log what i did fer trainin. lazy to pen down so i shall blog my trainin log next time.

5 sets of climb one round at 2nd level + 3 pullups + 10 situps + 10 pushups.
[i only did 4 sets hee. yes, i skive again. doin e 1st set feels esy fer mi n i didnt drop but aft 1 finish e 1st set, i feel pumped immediatly. 2nd set onwards gt drop. tried to hold some slopers n pinches. fer duno wat reason, slopers feels friendly to mi suddenly.]

4mins climb on e wall on one of e 4 walls then rest 4 mins. do 4 sets till all 4 walls are climbed.
[this, i did all ok hee. tried to climb something new that i didnt try while climbin e 5 sets like goin up the roof, wall and opp direction]

physical..
3 sets of 20 leg raise wif force
[i did all too]

3 sets of 20 back raise
[i did all they sae i had gd waist strength(direct translate) bcoz i can bend till quite high.]

3 sets of 10 parellel same hand same leg raise
[it's balancy so i use more of my leg to balance then hand. my hand is weaker than my legs.]

10 sets of 10sec hang at slopper
[couldn't hold it fer long as it is really very sloperist. ting yin n i motivate each other by challengin who can hold long and finish 1st.]

10 sets of 10sec dips
[challenge ting yin again fer motivation. hard to do coz do it at the staircase handle and it is made of wood. it is a sq handle so we will feel pain at e sides. tend to slip down the handle too.]

trainin ended~~~~~~

went to eat lunch n we stay on to continue climbin. e guys set some fun routes to climb and we gers gt try it out. i didnt manage to complete any of those though. we gers felt borin aft some time so decided to go dwn to level one and set our own route. no one was dere so we enjoyed oursleves there. my route was a roof route and it's quite hard. i wanna set roof route coz recently i am interested n doin roof routes and wan to be better at that. so i want to train more at that area. fer my route, i only managed to climb till left 3 tiles.

joyce's route was at e incline wall. aft karnita, ting yin n i climbed, we agree that it is hard n joyce modify it. we ask her to try her route b4 modification n she agrees wif us too aft tryin. haa aft modification, i managed to complete her route and i'm e only one who complete wor hee.

karnita's route was a balancin oneon e flat wall. joyce, ting yin n i completed it while karnita juz need another try to perfect it.

ting yin's route was a jug tiles at e incline wall too. we didn't climb that anymore coz ting yin n i haf blister while climbin joyce's route. so we went to play badminton instead. we play 1 on 1 and winner stay, loser out. i stayed throughout and sweated alot haa. run ard e court hittin e ball makes my leg sore. i feel tht i haf another blister at my toe too lea. when wakin, it feels weird to mi.

joyce n karnita left early while ting yin n i stay n wait fer steven n fad to finish climb and eat our favourite tau hauy.
